AeroPress

As a coffee lover, I'm always on the lookout for neat new ways to prepare this rich, delicious beverage. This odd-looking device, the AeroPress, is like a giant syringe for coffee: you place ground coffee and hot water in the top, stir for ten or twenty seconds, then push the plunger down to force the concentrated coffee through a paper filter and into your mug.
