Most of the time when you make tea, it's from some unattractive dried-up little bits of who knows what that look wholly unappetizing no matter what you do with them. Created by hand, the blossoms are a bundle of tea leaves and dried flowers tied together in just the right way so that as they steep in hot water, the bundle unfolds, creating a beautiful underwater floral sculpture as it brews a delicious beverage.
